Although we offer on-line therapy we also engage in face -to-face sessions. These can be organised to suit your own personal needs or preferences. We also offer walking therapy which is quite self-explanatory. It is proven that our environment can greatly affect our mood and ability to understand and retain information. It is also a fact that physical activity, even slow walking, releases endorphins which help alleviate the negative feelings within us. Therefore, walking therapy is a great way to receive a therapeutic session whilst contributing to your mental wellbeing at the same time.
